· Time-lapseTM Graphics
The revolutionary Time-lapseTM feature in the WebCTRL system allows the operator to go back in time, in segments up to 24 hours, and replay real-time hourly data in minutes. You can view floor plans, equipment graphs, trends and alarms from past periods, to quickly identify, review and resolve building control issues.
· Designed for Speed
The WebCTRL system is built for speed. From the high-speed trending engine that can read 860,000+ samples per second on BACnet over the ARCnet network at 156 kbaud, our industry-leading data performance gives you the speed you need to perform critical analysis, reporting, visualizations and digital control presentations.
· Optimal Start and Demand Limit
Optimal start routines and built-in demand limiting work in tandem, shutting down equipment when not required or relaxing setpoints to reduce energy usage while maintaining comfort levels. These are standard features for all WebCTRL systems.
· Unlimited Users
The WebCTRL system is designed to serve an unlimited number of users simultaneously. Multiple licenses are not required, allowing all authorized building personnel to access and control HVAC, lighting, central plant, and other critical systems from on-site or remotely.
· Live Logic
All WebCTRL systems support live visual displays of control logic, which use real-time operational data and help optimize and troubleshoot system operations. There is no need to understand confusing computer code “line by line”
· Environmental IndextmTM
Since the key component in comfort is temperature, the Environmental IndexTM tool assigns score values based on the difference recorded between the area temperature and the heating and cooling set points allowing an overall “score” to be calculated. Other factors such as humidity and CO2 levels can also be considered.
· Request-based control
Integrated request-based control saves energy by ensuring that equipment only runs when occupants are in the building area. This standard feature of the WebCTRL system results in superior occupant comfort and proven energy savings.
· Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD)
The WebCTRL system's Automated Logic Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) library can locate over 100 proven faults in typical HVAC equipment, including VAV systems, air handlers, fan coil units, fan unit, water supply heat pumps, and air supply heat pumps.
· All engineering tools
When you purchase a WebCTRL system from Automated Logic, you receive the complete set of tools you need to create your installation. All elements of the product are open and available so that the customer can fully own the system.
· Intuitive user interface
All WebCTRL systems enable robust, comprehensive building management through intuitive, point-and-click navigation. High-definition, factory-generated graphics are included with every WebCTRL system installation, providing a consistent, excellent user experience.

APPLICATION AND USE
The fully programmable FCU controller is built with the aim of controlling fan control units. The controller is factory-equipped with
the two most popular open communication protocols, Modbus RTU/ASCII and BACnet MS/TP, which are selected via DIP switches.
To minimize time and simplify the commissioning process, the controller is delivered with a default application, which supports the
most popular types of FCU. A dedicated DIP switch allows the application parameters to be adjusted. Furthermore, in BACnet
protocol, the application has a built-in function that allows automatic linking of master and slave controllers in groups (20 groups on
the bus, up to 6 devices in one group).
If the default application does not meet the project requirements, it can be modified or created from scratch using the free software
ISMA tool. It is possible to change the application in real time via USB.
There are three hardware versions with different types of triac outputs and power supply.
FEATURES
• Universal default application
• Support for 2 or 4 pipe systems
• Application adjustable by dedicated DIP switch
• Addressing from 0 to 254 by DIP switch

Embedded Web Server
Technical Overview and Troubleshooting. BBMD, I/O and
protocol configuration – all can be done with an integrated web
server.
High Scalability
RS485 I/O modules use only ¼ UL (unit load) on the bus.
It means that 128 iSMA I/O modules can be used on one serial bus,
according to EIA-RS485.
Quality Tested by Certificates
Both hardware construction and communication quality are
certified by external entities – Underwriters Laboratories – UL,
BACnet—BTL Test Laboratories.
Módulos de I/O Modbus delgados
The smallest distributed I/O modules
The 1M line consists of small modules with a small amount of
I/O – 7 types of modules with 2 to 4 I/O. Each module with
an opto-isolation between I/O, power supply and RS485
on board is a perfect choice for distributed systems with
devices dispersed over a large area.
Made to control and communicate
Each module in this line is created for a specific purpose with
one main goal: to connect devices without Modbus on board
on the Modbus network.
Easy setup and commissioning
The module is equipped with a set of LEDs that are used to indicate
the status of I/O, power supply and RS485 communication.
Configuration of the modules is done with our free
software, the SfAR configurator. An integrated mini USB allows
to perform a primary configuration of the unit without
an additional power supply.
SfAR-1M-1AI1DO
The module can be used not only as an
I/O extension of the controller, but also as a
standalone application controller.
The perfect solution for controlling lights,
level according to light measurement,
and other similar applications.
1 analog input and 1 digital output
The analog input can operate in 7 modes as
a voltage or current input. One digital
output is an NPN transistor output.
opto-isolation
The inputs and outputs are isolated from
logic with opto-isolators.
